Renting a Stairlift in Irlam.
Irlam’s semi-detached homes often feature narrow staircases that may include turns and landings. This helps us assess which rental options may be suitable by understanding the available space and staircase layout. Checking these details allows us to plan for stairlifts that fit within the specific dimensions of your staircase.
During our free home survey, we check the actual staircase to understand its size, shape, and any bends or landings. This allows us to discuss which rental options may be appropriate based on the staircase’s configuration. Renting a stairlift can be a practical choice if you do not want to buy outright or are unsure how long it will be needed.

Are Rental Stairlifts Safe & Reliable?
Yes. Choosing to rent rather than buy doesn’t mean accepting a lower standard of stairlift. Before installation, our rental stairlifts are professionally serviced, checked and tested. Our team then fits and checks the stairlift in your home and shows you how to use its safety features. 24-hour callout support is included throughout the rental.

Renting rather than buying shouldn’t mean accepting a lower standard of preparation. Every rental stairlift is professionally checked before it is installed in your home.
Should I Rent or Buy a Stairlift?
There isn’t one right choice between stairlift rental and buying. If you only expect to need a stairlift for a limited period, or you’re unsure how long it will be required, renting can give you a more flexible option.
If the stairlift is likely to be needed for many years, purchasing may be worth considering instead. Top Flight supplies both new and professionally reconditioned stairlifts, giving you different options if ownership suits you better.
During your free home survey in Irlam, we’ll assess the staircase and talk you through the available rental and purchase options. We’ll explain the differences clearly so you can decide what makes sense for your circumstances.
